The Chef
Brian Laboucane is a Red Seal chef and head chef of LaBone’s. After years of training in culinary arts Brian started his career in Edmonton at hotel MacDonald. Making a name for himself Brian went on to become a chef at the Westin hotels in Banff and Toronto. A long-time dream of Brian’s was to open a restaurant in his hometown of Lac La Biche. The dream came true when LaBone’s opened it’s doors in 2009. Brian and his wife, Leona, operate the restaurant with the help of their four children.
